Career stress is leading me to depression

Asked by Female, 27, Married
I think I am dealing with depression, not sure because I don't have many reasons to be in the depression. My family life is good. In my job, I am not doing that well I think that's the reason of my stress I am not able to express myself fully and all the time something about career goes in my mind that's the reason I think I am not able to give my 100% in my job. How can I reduce my stress level and am I in depression?
