Asked by Female, 27, Married
Feeling Paranoid all the time. Not able to think positive and its really very depressing to think negative all the time and its scary as all bad things come to mind. Really want to come out of it but can't speak about it to anyone.

Hello Dear,

Having negative thoughts in itself is painful and it can get extremely disturbing when they spread to every aspect of life. It's also true that only you know what's happening inside unless you express. It gets even more difficult when you are not able to trust anyone and share what you have been going through. Being paranoid is the natural side effect of the negative perception you might have about yourself & others. There could be various reasons behind this state of yours which has to be carefully evaluated to help you. First of all I would like to congratulate you for taking this first step to express your concern to a professional. It is a huge step in itself. Now that you have expressed, i would like you to know that you can come out of your current state of mind with little help. First of all, you need to take the very next step and explain everything that you are going through. This would help you as well as professional to understand your current state and get you the much needed relief through medicine, psychotherapy or the combination of both. My dear, please be aware that you deserve a great life which is waiting for you, right around the corner if you would just reach out for it.

Take Care and Good Luck.
