Feeling unhappy all the time, tried to cut myself

Asked by Female, 18, Single
I don't know whats happening to me, I'm just 12 and I suffer from body issues and I say things i don't mean. My family hates me and the only way to stop my thoughts is the internet. Maybe I overuse it, maybe it's helping me. Last week was the time I had my darkest thought, even tried cutting, it didn't work, but the fact I did that makes me want to cry. I don't want to exist and go through every single day of life with the same routine. I haven't been going to school but now its been a change and I have been going 3-4 times a week. I still don't feel happy. I don't know how to feel happy. My brain feels like its going to explode and sometimes, I want it to.

Hi,I can feel the amount of things you have kept to yourself and would want to share, please help me understand what do you mean by body issuse's and what kind of things do you say which you do not mean, sharing will help your brain calm down and not explode as you would have poured your heart out. i would strongly suggest you to either meet up mental health professional face to face with some adult in your family that you trust , if you leave your location in personal message it will be safe and we can help you locate one near by. we are not suicide prevention helpline or medical service provider, If you are being suicidal, we would suggest you immediately  call up a suicide prevention helpline - eg  Vandrevala Foundation Helpline - 1 860 266 2345 (24x7),   Aasra - +91 22 2754 6669 (24x7).Hope this helpsFor further queries please write back to us
