Depression is a serious condition that can impact every area of your lifeyour social life, relationships, career, and sense of self-worth and purpose. Many factors contribute to the unique picture of depression in womenfrom reproductive hormones to social pressures to the female response to stress. When you are depressed, most often you think that you are worthless. Also depression can lead to frustration and anger . You would want to release this anger on someone who cannot retaliate back , so you daughter becomes an easy target . I am happy atleast you realised that you are taking out your anger on your daughter that's the fist step to change . Now second make up your mind to never get angry at your child the minute you realise a slight change in your mood move away from that situation and calm yourself down otherwise you might do something that you will regret for the rest of your life .depressed individuals see themselves as deficient in those qualities of life they most highly value: intelligence, achievement, popularity, attractiveness, health and attractiveness. Some ways you can help yourself would be to :Talk about your feelings with someone you trust, face-to-faceAvoid isolationmake quality time with others a priorityMove your body frequentlydon't sit for more than an hourMake it a point to get plenty of natural sunlightPractice relaxation techniquesGet all the restful sleep that you need .   Please do write back to us because I feel you need to talk more about how your feeling?
