Have anxious attachment style, affecting relationships badly

Asked by Male, 35, Single
I am a person with Anxious Attachment style. This pattern gets repeated across several relationships, resulting in breakups. I get attached too easily, use activating strategies and then protest behavior. From what I have read, there are ways to effectively communicate and make relationship choices which suit such a style. However, are there ways to change my attachment style from anxious to secure permanently? What methods can help?
